Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Hendrik Heida made the kick off which started today's match. In the 4th minute of the match Laurens van der Werff sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bill Boekholt skillfully saved the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Reutje's goalkeeper Bill Boekholt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arne Heikens. 18 minutes in the game, Emil Vledder fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Bill Boekholt having to interfere. In the 19th match minute, Reutje was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgard Dowie to maneuver through the defense. In the 20th minute, Mart van Bommel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Oosselt's Daniël Ostermann tried to score from far away in the 21st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Oosselt's Emil Vledder got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hugo Akkerman charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hugo Akkerman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 36 played minutes Reutje got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Akkerman. If Arne Heikens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reutje's Bill Boekholt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emil Vledder in the 40th minute of play. Emil Vledder blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bill Boekholt having to make a save. In the 45th minute of the match David van der Leegte sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bill Boekholt skillfully saved the ball. Arne Heikens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
Oosselt's Emil Vledder got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 55 minutes, Mart van Bommel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Reutje and the Oosselt players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mart van Bommel hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Vledder in the 59th minute of play forced Reutje's goalkeeper Bill Boekholt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hendrik Heida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giel Boshuis having to interfere. After having played for 71 minutes, Kristof Beuneker managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Reutje's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kristof Beuneker was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Iwan Drent received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Bill Boekholt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bill Boekholt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arne Heikens in the 75th minute of play. Emil Vledder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bill Boekholt having to interfere. When Arne Heikens came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Oosselt fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arne Heikens couldn't finish the play. Bill Boekholt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arne Heikens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kristof Beuneker who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Giel Boshuis when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Hendrik Heida sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Reutje players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Oosselt from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
