Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Serge Akkerman made the kick off and thus started the match. Otto Oortwijn kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 8th minute of the match Alexander van Nieuwstadt shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Karel van Dijk showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Karel van Dijk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serge Akkerman in the 13th minute of play. When Vorstenbosch RKSV's Leendert Kostermans in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Langeberg FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 20th minute Frank Staarman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karel van Dijk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After recieving a nice pass, Langeberg FC's Alexander van Nieuwstadt tried to score from far away in the 22nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Leendert Kostermans managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vorstenbosch RKSV's supporters rose to their feet, but Leendert Kostermans was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Derk Spiering breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 29 minutes into the game, Vorstenbosch RKSV's Marco Zevenhuizen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Derk Spiering made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. The audience was convinced that Serge Akkerman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Karel van Dijk was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Serge Akkerman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karel van Dijk having to interfere. In the 38th minute, Otto Oortwijn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leendert Kostermans to make the kick off. Leendert Kostermans hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Karel van Dijk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serge Akkerman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Derk Spiering took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Zevenhuizen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Serge Akkerman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Karel van Dijk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Serge Akkerman's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. In the 80th minute Marco Zevenhuizen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Derk Spiering saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Langeberg FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Zevenhuizen came free, but Derk Spiering reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Langeberg FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Staarman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Frank Staarman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Karel van Dijk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 91 minutes into the game, Geale Stout was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vorstenbosch RKSV's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Langeberg FC the free kick. A collision led to Vorstenbosch RKSV getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Geale Stout hit a great ball. After 94 minutes Vorstenbosch RKSV's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alexander van Nieuwstadt who took care of the corner kick. Niek Valentijn thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Karel van Dijk, a very annoying self made goal in the 96th minute which led to 1-2. When the match was over Langeberg FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Vorstenbosch RKSV throughout the match.
