Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Michel Ter made the kick off which started today's match. Michel Ter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marc van Mol having to interfere. 8 minutes into the match, Karsten Reinders notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Schillaard's Marc van Mol. Marc van Mol was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Karsten Reinders received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Marc van Mol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Diderik Mook kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Karsten Reinders sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 16 minutes into the game, one of Schillaard:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Michel Ter recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Robbie Riemers during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Henry Bekker's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 31stth minute, Bart Jochemsen skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 31st minute, Heiko Berends hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Nieuwegein getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Henry Bekker in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bart Jochemsen saved Nieuwegein from getting behind. Nieuwegein's Bart Jochemsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danny Collins in the 53rd minute of play. Henry Bekker blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bart Jochemsen having to make a save. Henry Bekker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bart Jochemsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danny Collins in the 63rd minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Schillaard's goalkeeper Marc van Mol had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karsten Reinders. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danny Collins in the 67th minute of play forced Nieuwegein's goalkeeper Bart Jochemsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Henry Bekker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nieuwegein's Heiko Berends got his second yellow card of the match in the 73rd minute. The referee ordered Heiko Berends off the ground. Danny Collins struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Bart Jochemsen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Schillaard.
