Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Christiaan van Aalderen started the match with the kick off. In the 10th minute, Theo Wielens made a precise shot to the right of Julius van der Haar. Dulder's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Felix Gerrits made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mathieu Zevenberg in the 15th minute of play. In the 18th minute Mathieu Zevenberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Gerrits saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felix Gerrits stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mathieu Zevenberg's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. After having played for 25 minutes, Andre Ronde managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dulder's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andre Ronde was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 27 minutes into the match, Dulder's Mathieu Zevenberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Felix Gerrits narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mathieu Zevenberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Felix Gerrits tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34th minute, Mathieu Zevenberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Berghuizen FC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Bas Baan hit a great ball. The supporters of Berghuizen FC booed when Dulder was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan Hendrik Bense didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Mathieu Zevenberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dulder's supporters rose to their feet, but Mathieu Zevenberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Felix Gerrits breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Henk Thijsse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julius van der Haar having to interfere. Andre Ronde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mathieu Zevenberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Felix Gerrits tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Christiaan van Aalderen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Berghuizen FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Christiaan van Aalderen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julius van der Haar came out of the goal and Barry Meijering tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Andre Ronde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
