In the 10th minute of the match, Dimitrie Meerdink got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jeroen Koster was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Arno de Coninck's late challenge caught a Zuidlaren's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arno de Coninck helped the player get up and apologised. Reinhard Kemper received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Cobus Jurjens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 21 minutes into the match, Brammelo's goal looked a bit too open when Reinier Sneijder came free, but Cobus Jurjens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cobus Jurjens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reinier Sneijder in the 25th minute of the match. Reinhard Kemper sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cobus Jurjens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reinier Sneijder in the 35th minute of play. Cobus Jurjens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reinier Sneijder in the 36th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reinier Sneijder in the 39th minute of play forced Brammelo's goalkeeper Cobus Jurjens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dimitrie Meerdink fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeroen Koster having to interfere. Cobus Jurjens made an important save on a dangerous shot by Reinier Sneijder in the 55th minute. Henk van Boxel's late challenge caught a Zuidlaren's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Henk van Boxel helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Brammelo's Henk van Boxel got a free kick in the 65th minute. 70 minutes into the game, Niels Zeijlemaker was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zuidlaren's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brammelo the free kick. The supporters of Brammelo booed when Zuidlaren was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niels Zeijlemaker didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dirk-Jan Huizinga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Jeroen Koster tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 77 minutes into the game, one of Zuidlaren:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Geert Lamberts placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! 83 minutes into the match, Zuidlaren's goal looked a bit too open when Dirk-Jan Huizinga came free, but Jeroen Koster reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dirk-Jan Huizinga in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeroen Koster saved Zuidlaren from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Zuidlaren's zone, Dimitrie Meerdink stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeroen Koster came out of the goal and Dimitrie Meerdink tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carel Das charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carel Das the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Carel Das hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Dimitrie Meerdink recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
