Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Adriaan de Visscher made the kick off which started today's match. Linden S.C.'s Harry Hagenouw played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adriaan de Visscher in the 4th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Patrick Aalberts got free with Harry Hagenouw in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 7th minute, Linden S.C.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Patrick Aalberts fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Harry Hagenouw took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adriaan de Visscher, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeffrey Zwiers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Erben Dost tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 15 minutes of play, Linden S.C.'s Reinhard van der Leegte made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Erben Dost was left in no man's land by his defense there! Anton Mülder's late challenge caught a Seagulls's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anton Mülder helped the player get up and apologised. In the 19th match minute, Linden S.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anton Mülder to maneuver through the defense. Patrick Aalberts's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 20thth minute, Harry Hagenouw skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Joost Wermans fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Seagulls's protests and gave Joost Wermans a yellow card for diving instead. Jeffrey Zwiers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Jeffrey Zwiers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Seagulls's goalkeeper Erben Dost, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jeffrey Zwiers might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Erben Dost. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jeffrey Zwiers ran back to his position shaking his head. 41 minutes into the match, Reinhard van der Leegte had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erben Dost. Seagulls's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Reinhard van der Leegte was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Erben Dost didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jeffrey Zwiers went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score.

Reinhard van der Leegte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Erben Dost tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erben Dost made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Jeffrey Zwiers sent off a good shot on target. Erben Dost showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reinhard van der Leegte in the 57th minute of the match. Harry Hagenouw took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrick Aalberts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Stefan Halen fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Linden S.C.'s protests and gave Stefan Halen a yellow card for diving instead. Stefan Halen hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 64th match minute, Seagulls was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferry Clarijs to maneuver through the defense. After 69 played minutes Seagulls got a freekick which was hit by Joost Wermans. After 73 played minutes Reinhard van der Leegte could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 0-4 into the left cross. The supporters of Seagulls booed when Linden S.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arno van Aalderen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adriaan de Visscher received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Harry Hagenouw tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Linden S.C. getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Arno van Aalderen hit a great ball. 82 minutes into the match, Seagulls's Patrick Aalberts sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Harry Hagenouw narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Seagulls's goalkeeper Erben Dost, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jeffrey Zwiers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Erben Dost tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Linden S.C. players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
