Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Bajum SV's Adriaan Klasen started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Maikel Fleur fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stamproy FC's protests and gave Maikel Fleur a yellow card for diving instead. Maikel Fleur kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the match, Stamproy FC's goalkeeper Johannes Staarman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ed Trip. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Bajum SV's Adriaan Klasen in the 14th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Johannes Staarman was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Stamproy FC through an amazing save. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bajum SV's goalkeeper Gerrie Boswijk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bennie Fleur's late challenge caught a Stamproy FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bennie Fleur helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Bajum SV's Bennie Fleur got a free kick in the 18th minute. After having played for 24 minutes, Ed Trip managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bajum SV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ed Trip was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gerrie Boswijk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ger Roorda in the 28th minute of play. Ed Trip recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 39 minutes of play, Stamproy FC's Maikel Fleur made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gerrie Boswijk was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Bajum SV booed when Stamproy FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens Spiering didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adriaan Klasen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Casper Bemmel made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Jasper Jonge shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johannes Staarman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Stamproy FC's Casper Bemmel in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bajum SV's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Casper Bemmel in the 57th minute of play forced Bajum SV's goalkeeper Gerrie Boswijk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Casper Bemmel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Adriaan Klasen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Johannes Staarman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ed Trip, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Gerrie Boswijk managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when Stamproy FC's Ger Roorda fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 73 minutes into the game, Casper Bemmel recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gerrie Boswijk. Casper Bemmel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. After having played for 78 minutes, Casper Bemmel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stamproy FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Casper Bemmel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 80thth minute of the game Casper Bemmel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bajum SV's Gerrie Boswijk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Bajum SV's goalkeeper Gerrie Boswijk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Stamproy FC's zone, Jasper Jonge stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Johannes Staarman came out of the goal and Jasper Jonge tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 87 minutes into the match, Ed Trip had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Johannes Staarman. Stamproy FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ed Trip was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Stamproy FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
