Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Philip Scheer took the kick off in the first half of the match. Giel Ottenhof received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Ton Klaus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 10 minutes into the match, Vorchten's goal looked a bit too open when Gerard Visser came free, but Ton Klaus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Henry Broos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Thole in the 12th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Asschot RKSV's Bob Jeronimus got a free kick in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Philip Scheer in the 16th minute of play forced Vorchten's goalkeeper Ton Klaus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gerben Tollenaar during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Vorchten's Gerben Tollenaar got a free kick in the 18th minute. When Philip Scheer came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Asschot RKSV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Philip Scheer couldn't finish the play. In the 21st minute Jeffrey Lyesen suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. Bob Jeronimus's late challenge caught a Vorchten's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bob Jeronimus helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Asschot RKSV's Bob Jeronimus got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Daniel Thole charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daniel Thole the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 23 played minutes Vorchten got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Thole. Philip Scheer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ton Klaus having to interfere. Giel Ottenhof struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Ton Klaus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Asschot RKSV. In the 34th minute of the match, Giel Ottenhof tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ton Klaus saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Philip Scheer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ton Klaus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerard Visser in the 36th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the match, Asschot RKSV's goal looked a bit too open when Jim Fokkelman came free, but Henry Broos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Henry Broos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jim Fokkelman, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Sander Castelen kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. A collision led to Vorchten getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Daniel Thole hit a great ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After 57 minutes, Philip Scheer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Asschot RKSV and the Vorchten players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 63rd minute, Philip Scheer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Klaas de Putter hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Philip Scheer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Giel Ottenhof sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 79 minutes, Giel Ottenhof managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Asschot RKSV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Giel Ottenhof was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Philip Scheer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ton Klaus was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Vorchten's zone, Philip Scheer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ton Klaus came out of the goal and Philip Scheer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 90 minutes into the game, Giel Ottenhof was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Asschot RKSV's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vorchten the free kick. Ton Klaus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bob Jeronimus in the 98th minute of play. Vorchten's Ton Klaus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Philip Scheer in the 100th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Asschot RKSV players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
