Harm Moek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Jacques de Ridder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jacques de Ridder stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mathias Senden's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. 12 minutes in the game, Jan-Willem Anker fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Jack Stout having to interfere. In the 17thth minute of the game Jan-Willem Anker who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Veer's Jack Stout was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan-Willem Anker in the 19th minute of play forced Veer's goalkeeper Jack Stout to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Bram Tieleman fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Veer's protests and gave Bram Tieleman a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Veer's Bram Tieleman got a free kick in the 20th minute. The Veer fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when Veer's Harm Moek looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 29th minute, Mathias Senden left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Veer fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. If Harm Moek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Jacco Wehkamp fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Veer's protests and gave Jacco Wehkamp a yellow card for diving instead. In the 37th minute, Jacco Wehkamp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jan-Willem Anker kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. The supporters of F.N.N. United's Jan-Willem Anker made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. F.N.N. United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mathias Senden was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. If Jelmer Waterreus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Veer getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Jacco Wehkamp hit a great ball. Jacques de Ridder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harm Moek in the 94th minute of play.
