An unexpectedly hard shot by Kristian Weken in the 7th minute of play forced Noordijk S.C.'s goalkeeper Brain Hermensen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Noordijk S.C. getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Jan Keupink hit a great ball. Kristian Weken charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kristian Weken the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 10 played minutes Oostdorp HC got a freekick which was hit by Kristian Weken. Serge Heck blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Filip Elst having to make a save. 18 minutes into the game, Noordijk S.C.'s Heiko Stuijvenberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Filip Elst made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 23 minutes into the match, Oostdorp HC's goalkeeper Filip Elst had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mitchell Saelman. Filip Elst made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mitchell Saelman in the 31st minute. Brain Hermensen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christijan Meier in the 37th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Heiko Stuijvenberg in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Filip Elst prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Joost Hansma hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gerard Bodde got free with Brain Hermensen in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Oostdorp HC defense, Serge Heck kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Filip Elst. The Oostdorp HC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Filip Elst should have stopped the shot. In the 92nd match minute, Oostdorp HC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerard Bodde to maneuver through the defense. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Noordijk S.C. had played much better football throughout.
