Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alfred Dolfing started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Eesergroen S.V.'s goal looked a bit too open when Johannes Kiewiet came free, but Rudolf Zegeling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfred Dolfing in the 7th minute of play forced Nijnsel HC's goalkeeper Jelte de Wolf to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Johannes Kiewiet managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nijnsel HC's supporters rose to their feet, but Johannes Kiewiet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rudolf Zegeling breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jelle Schuurmans who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Rudolf Zegeling when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Johannes Kiewiet did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Rudolf Zegeling 12 minutes into the match. Eesergroen S.V.'s Alfred Dolfing got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alfred Dolfing's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jelte de Wolf read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Rudolf Zegeling made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jelle Schuurmans in the 22nd minute. After 23 minutes, Falco Keupink mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Eesergroen S.V. and the Nijnsel HC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Falco Keupink kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Nijnsel HC's Jelte de Wolf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Akkerman in the 29th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Johannes Kiewiet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johannes Kiewiet in the 35th minute of play forced Eesergroen S.V.'s goalkeeper Rudolf Zegeling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar Akkerman in the 37th minute of play forced Nijnsel HC's goalkeeper Jelte de Wolf to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jelte de Wolf came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Eesergroen S.V.'s Oscar Akkerman. But to his dismay, Oscar Akkerman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Alfred Dolfing's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jelte de Wolf read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play.

Jelte de Wolf made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Oscar Akkerman sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Nijnsel HC's Jelte de Wolf got control of the ball when Oscar Akkerman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alfred Dolfing received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Jelte de Wolf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 71 minutes into the match, Nijnsel HC's goalkeeper Jelte de Wolf had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oscar Akkerman. In the 72nd minute, Oscar Akkerman fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Jelte de Wolf made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Pieter Anker sent off a good shot on target. Oscar Akkerman's late challenge caught a Nijnsel HC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oscar Akkerman helped the player get up and apologised. In the 82nd minute, Oscar Akkerman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 89 minutes into the match, Nijnsel HC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfred Dolfing came free, but Jelte de Wolf reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Eesergroen S.V. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Nijnsel HC.
