An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastiaan Alkema in the 4th minute of play forced FC Sądel's goalkeeper Daniel Teunissen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacco Hellemons took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 8th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Daniel Teunissen. FC Sądel's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 11 minutes, Bill Bruinsma mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Sądel and the Brouwershoek players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 11 played minutes FC Sądel got a freekick which was hit by Bill Bruinsma. In the 17th minute, Frits Daverveld hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36thth minute of the game Sebastiaan Alkema who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Sądel's Daniel Teunissen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sebastiaan Alkema to strike the kick off in the second half. Marinus Meerdink might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kenneth Kramer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marinus Meerdink ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 56thth minute of the game Abraham Theuws who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brouwershoek's Kenneth Kramer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Abraham Theuws received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Kenneth Kramer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kenneth Kramer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marinus Meerdink in the 63rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abraham Theuws in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kenneth Kramer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 70th minute, Hendrik Reinders hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Teunissen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastiaan Alkema, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Brouwershoek booed when FC Sądel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hendrik Reinders didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebastiaan Alkema did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-1 to the left of a surprised Daniel Teunissen 82 minutes into the match. Abraham Theuws received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Kenneth Kramer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The FC Sądel supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Brouwershoek's performance. The match ended with a win for Brouwershoek.
