In the 23rd minute, Hoofdorp HC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Filip Wijk fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 5-0 became the score in the 54th minute when Floris Wisgerhof elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 58 minutes into the match, Hoofdorp HC's goal looked a bit too open when Floris Wisgerhof came free, but Herman Roeles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
