The audience thought a goal was coming when Teun Wilmink got free with Roland Lans in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Heienrade SV's Roland Lans proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Heienrade SV from getting a goal against them. Smallebrugge played a much better game than Heienrade SV and deserved their victory. The Heienrade SV players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
