Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Kayınço's Izaak Oortwijn started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bernard Kuis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Auke Boekholt having to interfere. In the 6th minute, Kayınço's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Patrick Wijkstra fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 7th minute, Bernard Kuis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 11th minute, Bernard Kuis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Kayınço's zone, Patrick Wijkstra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Auke Boekholt came out of the goal and Patrick Wijkstra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Çağatay Naşit took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olaf Stout, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernard Kuis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Patrick Wijkstra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Auke Boekholt having to interfere. Patrick Wijkstra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Auke Boekholt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Çağatay Naşit showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Izaak Oortwijn, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Maurice Abbekerk was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 23 minutes into the match. 22 minutes into the game, one of JVC Cuijk:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 27th minute, Harmen Veldkamp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th minute of the match Kayınço got a corner. JVC Cuijk's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Arie Aalst ran over to the corner to take the kick. Bernard Kuis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Auke Boekholt having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, Sipke Kik notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Kayınço's Auke Boekholt. Auke Boekholt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bernard Kuis to make the kick off. Bernard Kuis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sipke Kik struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Auke Boekholt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for JVC Cuijk. Harmen Veldkamp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Auke Boekholt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Kayınço's Kevin Kimman got a free kick in the 56th minute. Çağatay Naşit was a little too slow when Izaak Oortwijn got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 59th minute. The score was now 1-2. After having played for 63 minutes, Evert van Zalingen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. JVC Cuijk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evert van Zalingen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. JVC Cuijk's Remond Wegman was substituted for Evert van Zalingen. Kayınço's Auke Boekholt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernard Kuis in the 65th minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, JVC Cuijk's goalkeeper Çağatay Naşit had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ruben de Jong. When Patrick Wijkstra fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored JVC Cuijk's protests and gave Patrick Wijkstra a yellow card for diving instead. In the 69th minute, Patrick Wijkstra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. JVC Cuijk made a substitution. Chiel Scheerhoorn replaced Harmen Veldkamp. In the 71st match minute, JVC Cuijk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patrick Wijkstra to maneuver through the defense. Auke Boekholt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hette Hebert in the 74th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernard Kuis in the 75th minute of play forced Kayınço's goalkeeper Auke Boekholt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hette Hebert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th minute, Bernard Kuis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hette Hebert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Henry Jaliens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Çağatay Naşit having to interfere. A collision led to Kayınço getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Kevin Kimman hit a great ball. JVC Cuijk's Bernard Kuis got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 94th minute, Izaak Oortwijn got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 95 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for JVC Cuijk! JVC Cuijk:s Çağatay Naşit showed great skill when he stopped Arie Aalst:s penalty.
