Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Jurre van der Doelen made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Jan Deiman sent off a good shot on target. Jelsum's Jurre van der Doelen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Jelsum from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcus Beukers in the 7th minute of play forced Rijnstrijders Arnhem's goalkeeper Yorrick Zenden to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Marcus Beukers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 11th match minute, Rijnstrijders Arnhem was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pieter Veldman to maneuver through the defense. After 15 played minutes, Jelsum's Maurits Brinke shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Yorrick Zenden came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Jelsum reached it. 16 minutes into the match, Rijnstrijders Arnhem's goal looked a bit too open when Jelle Theunissen came free, but Yorrick Zenden reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Steve Stevens came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Rijnstrijders Arnhem fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Steve Stevens couldn't finish the play. Jelsum's Jelle Theunissen got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Marcus Beukers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Rijnstrijders Arnhem's zone, Jelle Theunissen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yorrick Zenden came out of the goal and Jelle Theunissen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcus Beukers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Yorrick Zenden tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pieter Veldman hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. If Marcus Beukers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Jelle Theunissen came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Jelsum fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jelle Theunissen couldn't finish the play. 44 minutes into the game, Jelsum's Marcus Beukers nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yorrick Zenden made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The Rijnstrijders Arnhem players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Jelsum were winning 0-1.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jan Deiman in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jurre van der Doelen saved Jelsum from getting behind. Steve Meulenbergh kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 59th minute Jan Deiman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jurre van der Doelen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Jelsum's Tom Sneijder got a free kick in the 67th minute. Allard Steelman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jurre van der Doelen having to make a save. Jurre van der Doelen came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Rijnstrijders Arnhem's Jan Deiman. But to his dismay, Jan Deiman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Allard Steelman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jurre van der Doelen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Deiman in the 76th minute of the match. In the 76th match minute, Jelsum was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastiaan Breinburg to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Jelsum's zone, Jan Deiman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jurre van der Doelen came out of the goal and Jan Deiman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Jelsum's Marcus Beukers got a free kick in the 80th minute. Marcus Beukers kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. If Jelle Theunissen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jurre van der Doelen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Deiman in the 91st minute of play. In the 95th minute, Jan Deiman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
