Bastiaan Aukes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Gerwin Seinstra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bastiaan Aukes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerwin Seinstra having to interfere. Marco Cornelisse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernst Opdam, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Ernst Opdam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Cornelisse having to interfere. Marco Cornelisse was a little too slow when Ernst Opdam got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 25th minute. The score was now 1-0. Gerwin Seinstra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bastiaan Aukes in the 31st minute of play. Evert de Jong charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Evert de Jong the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Evert de Jong hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Marco Cornelisse was a little too slow when Ernst Opdam got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 2-0.

54 minutes into the match, Bastiaan Aukes dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gerwin Seinstra, 3-1. Klaas van Zelst fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Cornelisse having to interfere. In the 65th minute Bastiaan Aukes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerwin Seinstra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tonny Koning's late challenge caught a ASC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tonny Koning helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Bregtdorp FC's Tonny Koning got a free kick in the 66th minute. When Bastiaan Aukes fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bregtdorp FC's protests and gave Bastiaan Aukes a yellow card for diving instead. Marco Cornelisse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Klaas van Zelst in the 76th minute of the match. In the 76th match minute, Bregtdorp FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roland Landman to maneuver through the defense. 79 minutes into the match, Bregtdorp FC's Bastiaan Aukes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gerwin Seinstra narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gerwin Seinstra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bastiaan Aukes in the 81st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bastiaan Aukes in the 83rd minute of play forced ASC's goalkeeper Gerwin Seinstra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Tonny Koning had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roland Landman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Ernst Opdam's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marco Cornelisse was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. Marco Cornelisse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernst Opdam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Many of Bregtdorp FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Bregtdorp FC may have spent more time on the ball, but ASC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
