After 10 played minutes Beilervaart FC got a freekick which was hit by Teo Deinse. Teo Deinse kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Guus Terpstra made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ricky Deitmers in the 13th minute. Rogier Sandbergen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sjoerd Brouwer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lageweg S.C.'s Jelte van Halst got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ricky Deitmers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Guus Terpstra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rogier Sandbergen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sjoerd Brouwer, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Rogier Sandbergen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaap Ooijer in the 36th minute of the match. In the 38th minute, Jef Koeling got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Jelte van Halst fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lageweg S.C.'s protests and gave Jelte van Halst a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Beilervaart FC booed when Lageweg S.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jelte van Halst didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rogier Sandbergen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iwan Zijden, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. When Jordy Bronkhorst fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The wind increased when Iwan Zijden made the kick off in the second half. Sjoerd Brouwer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sjoerd Brouwers short, quick shot in the 65thth minute got Rogier Sandbergen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of Beilervaart FC booed when Lageweg S.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gert Jan de Groot didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ricky Deitmers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guus Terpstra having to interfere. After 79 minutes of play Lageweg S.C.'s Jelte van Halst was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 80th minute, Jelte van Halst hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rogier Sandbergen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sjoerd Brouwer in the 82nd minute. Jef Koeling hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Rogier Sandbergen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iwan Zijden's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. If Sjoerd Brouwer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Lageweg S.C. fully deserved thier win.
