Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gertjan Huisman started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Jan Rein Rademaker got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jhon Bruinsma struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Herbert van Dongen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GreenHampton FC. Kraaiven's Ernest Derks got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in GreenHampton FC's zone, Ernest Derks stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Folkert Carels came out of the goal and Ernest Derks tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kraaiven's Ralph Germs got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to GreenHampton FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Jan Rein Rademaker hit a great ball. Sebastiaan Schaars recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Kraaiven's Harm Bunt got a free kick in the 34th minute. Kraaiven's Herbert van Dongen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jhon Bruinsma in the 36th minute of play. Folkert Carels made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gertjan Huisman in the 38th minute of play. Folkert Carels showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernest Derks, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Jhon Bruinsma made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Ernest Derks hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Geale Driessens's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Herbert van Dongen was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jhon Bruinsma in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Herbert van Dongen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Geale Driessens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herbert van Dongen having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Kraaiven's goal looked a bit too open when Geale Driessens came free, but Herbert van Dongen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Geale Driessens might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Herbert van Dongen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Geale Driessens ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 67th minute, Ralph Germs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kraaiven's Herbert van Dongen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Philip Roewen in the 71st minute of play. Folkert Carels showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernest Derks, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Herbert van Dongen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geale Driessens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Jhon Bruinsma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Sebastiaan Schaars had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Folkert Carels didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ernest Derks went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After having played for 90 minutes, Gertjan Huisman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kraaiven's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gertjan Huisman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 93rd minute, Ernest Derks got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Geale Driessens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Herbert van Dongen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
