Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Andre van Gaal started the match with the kick off. Dennis de Zaaijer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joop Damen having to interfere. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Spartak Zoetermeer's goalkeeper Joop Damen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 14 minutes into the game, Henry Grijp cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Hans Stolte was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 19 minutes into the match, Wolde SV's goal looked a bit too open when Andre van Gaal came free, but Hans Stolte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jasper van der Woude in the 23rd minute of play forced Spartak Zoetermeer's goalkeeper Joop Damen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ruud Knol kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the game's 26th minute Wolde SV's Erik van der Schans took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Joop Damen and thus the score was 1-1. Dennis de Zaaijer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Joop Damen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Henry Grijp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Henry Grijp scored 2-1 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hans Stolte, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Henry Grijp's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hans Stolte read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Marnix Brans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jasper van der Woude was the one to do the kick off. If Henry Grijp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andre van Gaal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hans Stolte having to interfere. Henry Grijp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Dennis de Zaaijer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wolde SV's supporters rose to their feet, but Dennis de Zaaijer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joop Damen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Jasper van der Woude had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dennis de Zaaijer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joop Damen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Wolde SV's Marnix Brans got a free kick in the 77th minute. If Henry Grijp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 83 minutes of play, Spartak Zoetermeer's Andre van Gaal made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hans Stolte was left in no man's land by his defense there! 94 minutes into the match, Andre van Gaal notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Wolde SV's Hans Stolte. Hans Stolte was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Spartak Zoetermeer's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
