Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Coenraad Thole took the kick off in the first half of the match. Daan van der Doelen kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Harry Woudenberg kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. After 10 played minutes, FC Groendam's Kristian Roelofs shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Teun Luijpers came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Groendam reached it. Coenraad Thole recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gerard Alkema scored 1-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Teun Luijpers, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Gerard Alkema had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Groendam's Gerard Alkema got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Rein Maasland managed to get in a good position for a shot. Weteringbrug S.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Rein Maasland was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Domenik Veldhuis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Weteringbrug S.C.'s Coenraad Thole slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Domenik Veldhuis. That made the score 2-1 after 32 minutes of play. Coenraad Thole fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domenik Veldhuis having to interfere. Yuri Terpstra's late challenge caught a FC Groendam's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yuri Terpstra helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of FC Groendam booed when Weteringbrug S.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yuri Terpstra didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Yuri Terpstra was shown his second yellow card after 63 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 64th minute, Yuri Terpstra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Rein Maasland came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Weteringbrug S.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rein Maasland couldn't finish the play. Rein Maasland scored 3-1 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Domenik Veldhuis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Teun Theunissen lost his temper 88 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 88 minutes into the game, one of FC Groendam:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Rein Maasland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Domenik Veldhuis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Daan van der Doelen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Weteringbrug S.C. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
