Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joris Hulsebos started the match with the kick off. In the 6th match minute, Meer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jordy Struik to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Peter Westerhof managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC LOOT's supporters rose to their feet, but Peter Westerhof was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jan Hendrik Rooze breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Joris Hulsebos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Peter Westerhof blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jan Hendrik Rooze having to make a save. Jan Hendrik Rooze showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joris Hulsebos, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Meer's goalkeeper Jan Hendrik Rooze, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Joris Hulsebos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pim van Ankeren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Olof Evers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. If Joris Hulsebos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Pim van Ankeren made the kick off in the second half. FC LOOT's Olof Evers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pim van Ankeren in the 54th minute of play. When Peter Westerhof came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the FC LOOT fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Peter Westerhof couldn't finish the play. When FC LOOT's Peter Westerhof in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Meer's goalie prevented a goal. Meer's Jan Hendrik Rooze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joris Hulsebos in the 65th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Peter Westerhof during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 68th match minute, FC LOOT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peter Westerhof to maneuver through the defense. Peter Westerhof fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan Hendrik Rooze having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Erwin Ottenhof hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the FC LOOT players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
