Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Nattenhoven's Alexander Klerk started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dennis Jansen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joris Hulsebos, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Dennis Jansen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joris Hulsebos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute, Jacco Been hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Nattenhoven's zone, Joris Hulsebos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dennis Jansen came out of the goal and Joris Hulsebos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pieter Sándor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Olof Evers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Joris Hulsebos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dennis Jansen. The goal made the score 1-0. Peter Westerhof recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dennis Jansen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joris Hulsebos in the 35th minute of the match. When Nattenhoven's Pieter Sándor in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC LOOT's goalie prevented a goal. Dennis Jansen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joris Hulsebos's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joris Hulsebos to make the kick off. The supporters of Nattenhoven booed when FC LOOT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erwin Ottenhof didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Olof Evers managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when Nattenhoven's Pieter Sándor fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 57 minutes into the match, FC LOOT's goalkeeper Olof Evers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pieter Sándor. Nico-Jan Pepping hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Westerhof in the 63rd minute of play forced Nattenhoven's goalkeeper Dennis Jansen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joris Hulsebos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pieter Sándor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th minute Peter Westerhof shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dennis Jansen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 81 minutes, Peter Westerhof managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC LOOT's supporters crossed their fingers, but Peter Westerhof was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Joris Hulsebos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dennis Jansen having to interfere. Dennis Jansen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Peter Westerhof went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. FC LOOT's Richard Oosting pulled a muscle in his leg after 95 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Dries Brouwers charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dries Brouwers the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 96th match minute, Nattenhoven was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dries Brouwers to maneuver through the defense. FC LOOT's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
