Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Dirk Borst got the match started through his kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bastiaan Pluijm during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 5 played minutes Kleverskerke got a freekick which was hit by Bastiaan Pluijm. In the 10th minute, Gert Jan Weerd got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rinus Smeekes hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Kleverskerke's Tonny Dussel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dirk Borst in the 11th minute of play. Tonny Dussel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gert Jan Weerd went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Rinus Smeekes charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rinus Smeekes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tonny Dussel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gert Jan Weerd, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Dirk Borst received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Tonny Dussel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Kleverskerke's Rinus Smeekes got a free kick in the 26th minute. Bram Roodenburg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Schreuder in the 33rd minute of the match. Bastiaan Pluijm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bram Roodenburg was out of position in the 36 minute of play, and Victor Schreuder capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Victor Schreuder really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Dirk Borst fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tonny Dussel having to interfere. After some careless play in the Moerkapelle defense, Bastiaan Pluijm kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bram Roodenburg. The Moerkapelle fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bram Roodenburg should have stopped the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Victor Schreuder to strike the kick off in the second half. Tonny Dussel was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Nico-Jan Brugmans. Bastiaan Pluijm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bram Roodenburg having to interfere. Moerkapelle's Bram Roodenburg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Schreuder in the 70th minute of play. Bram Roodenburg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Schreuder in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Gert Jan Weerd got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kleverskerke's Tonny Dussel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dirk Borst in the 78th minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, Moerkapelle's goal looked a bit too open when Bastiaan Pluijm came free, but Bram Roodenburg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bram Roodenburg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Schreuder in the 90th minute of play. Jouke Seedorf kicked well hit freekick during the 100th minute of the match. Jurgen Pietersma took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 101st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bram Roodenburg. Moerkapelle's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Moerkapelle players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Kleverskerke.
