Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Chiel Boswijk kicked off to start the match. World Football Academy's Rik Spanjer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boukjan Mos in the 6th minute of play. Chiel Boswijk hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Harm Houwing who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 15thth minute tested the skills of Ab Warneke when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of World Football Academy booed when Buinen SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Berend Oosting didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gert Koeling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Ab Warneke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rik Spanjer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chiel Boswijk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rik Spanjer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chiel Boswijk in the 26th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Harm Houwing's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ab Warneke was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Chiel Boswijk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Rik Spanjer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th match minute, Buinen SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Berend Oosting to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When Steven Geerts fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Buinen SC's protests and gave Steven Geerts a yellow card for diving instead. Buinen SC's Ab Warneke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ralph Latten in the 61st minute of play. Ab Warneke stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Harm Houwing's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. In the 71st minute Chiel Boswijk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rik Spanjer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ab Warneke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ralph Latten, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. If Harm Houwing had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Buinen SC's Ab Warneke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harm Houwing in the 77th minute of play. After 78 minutes Buinen SC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gert Koeling who took care of the corner kick. When World Football Academy's Harm Houwing in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Buinen SC's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Buinen SC's zone, Gert Koeling stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ab Warneke came out of the goal and Gert Koeling tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Harm Houwing scored 1-0 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ab Warneke, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 92 minutes of play Buinen SC's Berend Oosting was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of World Football Academy booed when Buinen SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Berend Oosting didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Harm Houwing had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Harm Houwing in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ab Warneke prevented the ball from getting in the gole. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. World Football Academy had played much better football throughout.
