But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Govert Spijker couldn't finish the play. Jordi Abbekerk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Caluwé, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute, Sven Pluijm made a precise shot to the right of Toni Landzaat. KARABORSA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Sven Pluijm could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Toni Landzaat made a huge save.
