Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Andreas Bont took the kick off in the first half of the match. Pascall Sturkenboom took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 3rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sjoerd Barendregt. Belt FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience was convinced that Emile Moorman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sjoerd Barendregt was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. A collision led to Morige V.V. getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Gert Heinen hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emile Moorman in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sjoerd Barendregt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eric Even might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sjoerd Barendregt. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eric Even ran back to his position shaking his head. Belt FC's Sjoerd Barendregt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eric Even in the 21st minute of play. If Andreas Bont had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andreas Bont fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Hauvers having to interfere. Jelle Opdam hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Sjoerd Barendregt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eric Even, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Andreas Bont struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Martin Hauvers didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Belt FC. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Emile Moorman made the kick off in the second half. Martin Hauvers stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andreas Bont's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Martin Hauvers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andreas Bont in the 63rd minute of the match. When Andreas Bont came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Belt FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andreas Bont couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Morige V.V. defense, Elmar Rensenbrink kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Martin Hauvers. The Morige V.V. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Martin Hauvers should have stopped the shot. In the 85th minute, Emile Moorman reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sjoerd Barendregt. The goal made the score 2-1. Belt FC's Sjoerd Barendregt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Belt FC from getting a goal against them. Sjoerd Barendregt came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Morige V.V.'s Eric Even. But to his dismay, Eric Even quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
