Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Matthijs Meppelink took the kick off in the first half of the match. Terdiek FC's Niels-Jan Meerdink shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 5th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Jelle Zondervan but with some difficulty. SemmyLeon's Jelle Zondervan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matthijs Meppelink in the 10th minute of play. Erwin Barels hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Mario Dorenbosch might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Erik Bette. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mario Dorenbosch ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in SemmyLeon's zone, Martijn Bosma stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jelle Zondervan came out of the goal and Martijn Bosma tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Martijn Bosma who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 21stth minute tested the skills of Jelle Zondervan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Mario Dorenbosch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Bastiaan Onderwater managed to get in a good position for a shot. SemmyLeon's supporters rose to their feet, but Bastiaan Onderwater was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erik Bette breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Mario Dorenbosch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Martijn Bosma fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jelle Zondervan having to interfere. If Matthijs Meppelink had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mario Dorenbosch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Erik Bette tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SemmyLeon's Mario Dorenbosch got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Bastiaan Onderwater had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute, Mario Dorenbosch left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SemmyLeon fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1.

The wind increased when Mario Dorenbosch made the kick off in the second half. When Matthijs Meppelink came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Terdiek FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matthijs Meppelink couldn't finish the play. After 56 played minutes SemmyLeon got a freekick which was hit by Roderick Stubbe. In the 59th match minute, SemmyLeon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roderick Stubbe to maneuver through the defense. 62 minutes into the match, SemmyLeon's Bastiaan Onderwater sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Erik Bette narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Reinhard Eringa kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. After 64 played minutes Terdiek FC got a freekick which was hit by Marco van Rhijn. 65 minutes into the match, SemmyLeon's Jacques Koeling broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Matthijs Meppelink fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jelle Zondervan having to interfere. Jelle Zondervan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matthijs Meppelink, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. In the 76th match minute, SemmyLeon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roderick Stubbe to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 78 minutes, Matthijs Meppelink managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Terdiek FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matthijs Meppelink was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With his leg Erik Bette managed to avoid a goal in the 83rdth minute, when SemmyLeon's Mario Dorenbosch fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 87thth minute of the game Mario Dorenbosch who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Terdiek FC's Erik Bette was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Martijn Bosma received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Jelle Zondervan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jelle Zondervan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martijn Bosma in the 92nd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Bastiaan Onderwater kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Erik Bette. That made the score 0-2 in the 95 minute of play. The SemmyLeon supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing SemmyLeon would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
