An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon de Winter in the 16th minute of play forced Eieren Kicks's goalkeeper Kelvin Warringa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute, Leon de Winter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Filip Bekker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kelvin Warringa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filip Bekker, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 31st match minute, Eieren Kicks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wesley Zeydeveld to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Eieren Kicks's zone, Leon de Winter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kelvin Warringa came out of the goal and Leon de Winter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Allard van Fessum showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harald Zon, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leon de Winter made a kick off. Maarten Stuifzand hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Filip Bekker struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Kelvin Warringa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Goodtimes FC. Maarten Stuifzand fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Allard van Fessum having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Leon de Winter put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Kelvin Warringa. After a rather tough play, Eieren Kicks's Gert Spijkerman got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 78th match minute, Goodtimes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oliver Mathijsen to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rd match minute, Goodtimes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mathieu Deiman to maneuver through the defense. Leon de Winter could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Kelvin Warringa made a huge save. Filip Bekker hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Harald Zon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Goodtimes FC's zone, Maarten Stuifzand stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Allard van Fessum came out of the goal and Maarten Stuifzand tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Goodtimes FC played a much better game than Eieren Kicks and deserved their victory. The Eieren Kicks players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
