Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bram Smid kicked off to start the match. Vincent Schrage hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Sas defense, Frits Piening kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rinus van Rooijen. The Sas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rinus van Rooijen should have stopped the shot. Hans Stuifzand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 13 minutes, Laurens Dekkers managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Laurens Dekkers was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Yorrick Sparnaaij took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hans Stuifzand, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hans Stuifzand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Yorrick Sparnaaij tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rd minute, Wilfred Ritsma hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rinus van Rooijen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bram Smid, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Laurens Dekkers took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yorrick Sparnaaij. Yorrick Sparnaaij dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Rinus van Rooijen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frits Piening in the 44th minute of play. Roel Beuk lost his temper 45 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 45 minutes into the game, one of Korhorn:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty.

Hans Stuifzand took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yorrick Sparnaaij. Yorrick Sparnaaij dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. 63 minutes in the game Jhon Zuidam did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Remco Need. Yorrick Sparnaaij took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laurens Dekkers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sas's Rinus van Rooijen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Sas from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hans Stuifzand in the 70th minute of play forced Korhorn's goalkeeper Yorrick Sparnaaij to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Laurens Dekkers's late challenge caught a Korhorn's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Laurens Dekkers helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Sas getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Laurens Dekkers hit a great ball. Frits Piening could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Rinus van Rooijen made a huge save. Yorrick Sparnaaij made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hans Stuifzand in the 79th minute of play. After having played for 81 minutes, Frits Piening managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Korhorn's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frits Piening was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 91 played minutes Sas got a freekick which was hit by Rogier van Bronckhorst. The long shot by Jhon Zuidam in the 93rd minute really tested Rinus van Rooijen's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Rinus van Rooijen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frits Piening in the 94th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 98th minute, Frits Piening managed to get in a good position for a shot. Korhorn's supporters rose to their feet, but Frits Piening was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rinus van Rooijen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 99th minute, Dave Dost hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sas's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
