In the 25thth minute of the game Gido Ieberink who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sibrandahuis's Huib Hoekstra was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Huib Hoekstra made an important save on a dangerous shot by Richard de Bruin in the 31st minute. The supporters of Dalvoorde booed when Sibrandahuis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lex Zeevenhoven didn't get a good kick on the ball.
