Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After having played for 4 minutes, Joop Eschendaal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uitwijk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joop Eschendaal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Elco Fuchs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Demy Ros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Niels Wagemakers blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mathias Vervoort having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Joop Eschendaal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Uitwijk's supporters rose to their feet, but Joop Eschendaal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mathias Vervoort breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Uitwijk getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Koen Aelbrecht hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Demy Ros put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Elco Fuchs. Gerrit Roordink scored 0-2 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Elco Fuchs, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dick Hofsteenge hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Gerrit Roordink took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elco Fuchs. Elco Fuchs dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Mathias Vervoort made an important save on a dangerous shot by Niels Wagemakers in the 35th minute. In the 40th minute Joop Eschendaal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mathias Vervoort saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Uitwijk's goalkeeper Elco Fuchs, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mathias Vervoort made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joop Eschendaal in the 44th minute. The audience was convinced that Joop Eschendaal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mathias Vervoort was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Demy Ros stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Joop Eschendaal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Mathias Vervoort tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mathias Vervoort came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Uitwijk's Niels Wagemakers. But to his dismay, Niels Wagemakers quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 65th minute, Niels Wagemakers got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Uitwijk's Joop Eschendaal got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Joop Eschendaal managed to get in a good position for a shot. After 76 played minutes Langendijk got a freekick which was hit by Hendrik-Jan Stroeve. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joop Eschendaal in the 82nd minute of play forced Langendijk's goalkeeper Mathias Vervoort to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Langendijk's goal looked a bit too open when Niels Wagemakers came free, but Mathias Vervoort reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mathias Vervoort took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niels Wagemakers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joop Eschendaal struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Mathias Vervoort didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uitwijk. Joop Eschendaal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Niels Wagemakers in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mathias Vervoort prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 98th minute of the match Uitwijk got a corner. Langendijk's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dick Hofsteenge ran over to the corner to take the kick. Dick Hofsteenge made a great header on Uitwijk's corner, it was just that Langendijk's Mathias Vervoort managed to reach the ball for a save. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Langendijk had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
