Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Mathieu den Hartog started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 6 minutes into the game, Schooteind's Mathieu den Hartog nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Youri de Zwart made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Otto Hosson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Meertens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 14 minutes into the match, Eric van Persie dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Roger Hooiveld, 1-1. After some careless play in the Goorstraat defense, Mathieu den Hartog kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Youri de Zwart. The Goorstraat fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Youri de Zwart should have stopped the shot. Youri de Zwart came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Schooteind's Mathieu den Hartog. But to his dismay, Mathieu den Hartog quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Daniel Meertens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Youri de Zwart tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eric van Persie recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Roger Hooiveld made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Otto Hosson sent off a good shot on target. When Goorstraat's Eric van Persie in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Schooteind's goalie prevented a goal. In the 43rd minute, Otto Hosson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Otto Hosson scored 2-3 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roger Hooiveld, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eric van Persie made a kick off. Arnold van der Werff's late challenge caught a Schooteind's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arnold van der Werff helped the player get up and apologised. In the 56th minute of the match Schooteind got a corner. Goorstraat's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tjeerd Zwaanswijk ran over to the corner to take the kick. When Luuk van Dalen fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Schooteind's protests and gave Luuk van Dalen a yellow card for diving instead. In the 61st minute, Otto Hosson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Otto Hosson struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Roger Hooiveld didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Goorstraat. Mathieu den Hartog's late challenge caught a Goorstraat's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roger Hooiveld made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Otto Hosson in the 68th minute of play. With his leg Youri de Zwart managed to avoid a goal in the 72ndth minute, when Schooteind's Daniel Meertens fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Otto Hosson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roger Hooiveld read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Eric van Persie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Roger Hooiveld tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Schooteind's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dolf Hauvers was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. Kees Brinks hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. After 91 played minutes, Goorstraat's Jan Heuving shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Roger Hooiveld came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Goorstraat reached it. Otto Hosson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roger Hooiveld having to make a save. Roger Hooiveld made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eric van Persie in the 94th minute of play. Schooteind succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Goorstraat had controlled the match.
