Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Gijsbert Borgman made the kick off which started today's match. Harald Poelman made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Tom van Zanten sent off a good shot on target. In the 5th minute, Christijan Oost hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Christijan Oost during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Christijan Oost kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. After 8 played minutes, Lieving's Bertus Graaff shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Harald Poelman came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lieving reached it. In the 10th play minute Wim Brugmans came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Harald Poelman. 1-0. In the 14th minute Otto Aalders shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pieter Palsma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Onderdijk HC's Harald Poelman got control of the ball when Tom van Zanten tried to sneak it across the goal line. Onderdijk HC's Otto Aalders got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 23 minutes into the match, Otto Zandee had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pieter Palsma. Lieving's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Otto Zandee was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After 31 minutes, Johannes Alards mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Onderdijk HC and the Lieving players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 31 played minutes Onderdijk HC got a freekick which was hit by Johannes Alards. Otto Zandee fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pieter Palsma having to interfere. Fernando Diggele kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Otto Aalders sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Onderdijk HC's Harald Poelman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Onderdijk HC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Lieving's Wim Brugmans got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Pieter Palsma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Otto Aalders, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Otto Zandee to strike the kick off in the second half. Onderdijk HC's Otto Zandee was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 53rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The supporters of Lieving booed when Onderdijk HC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lennart Jeronimus didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Lieving's Bertus Graaff tried to score from far away in the 56th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Otto Aalders struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Pieter Palsma didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Onderdijk HC. When Wim Brugmans fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lieving's protests and gave Wim Brugmans a yellow card for diving instead. After 60 played minutes Lieving got a freekick which was hit by Wim Brugmans. The audience thought a goal was coming when Otto Aalders got free with Pieter Palsma in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Harald Poelman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tom van Zanten's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Onderdijk HC's Otto Zandee slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pieter Palsma. That made the score 2-3 after 69 minutes of play. Fabian Stuifzand's late challenge caught a Lieving's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabian Stuifzand helped the player get up and apologised. After 74 played minutes Onderdijk HC got a freekick which was hit by Fabian Stuifzand. Pieter Palsma made an important save on a dangerous shot by Otto Aalders in the 81st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Otto Zandee managed to get in a good position for a shot. Onderdijk HC's supporters rose to their feet, but Otto Zandee was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pieter Palsma breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 88th minute Tom van Zanten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harald Poelman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Otto Aalders sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Onderdijk HC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
