Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Kurt Pool kicked off to start the match. In the 5th match minute, Krabburen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herbert de Gooijer to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of jvhCF booed when Krabburen FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casper van der Wiel didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kurt Pool in the 12th minute of play forced Krabburen FC's goalkeeper Leon Rolink to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacob Lute recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 25 minutes into the match, jvhCF's goalkeeper Marcel Bosstraeten had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jacob Lute. Kurt Pool sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 40 minutes into the match, Krabburen FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ronald Klein came free, but Leon Rolink reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ger van der Gouw had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jacob Lute got free with Marcel Bosstraeten in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ger van der Gouw to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kurt Pool in the 54th minute of play forced Krabburen FC's goalkeeper Leon Rolink to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anthony Fleur charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anthony Fleur the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 59 played minutes jvhCF got a freekick which was hit by Anthony Fleur. The supporters of jvhCF booed when Krabburen FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronny Wiarda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kurt Pool fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leon Rolink having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ger van der Gouw in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcel Bosstraeten saved jvhCF from getting behind. Marcel Bosstraeten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacob Lute, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 85 minutes into the match, jvhCF's goal looked a bit too open when Jacob Lute came free, but Marcel Bosstraeten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Ronald Klein came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the jvhCF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ronald Klein couldn't finish the play. Kurt Pool recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Kurt Pool had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. jvhCF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
