Chris Blanker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Christijan Bennink tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Folker van Harten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Kruiswijk in the 20th minute of play forced Oldehaske VV's goalkeeper Christijan Bennink to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Oldehaske VV's goal looked a bit too open when Jacob Spaan came free, but Christijan Bennink reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 32 played minutes Oldehaske VV got a freekick which was hit by Otto Iemberge. Jacob Spaan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christijan Bennink having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jacob Spaan made a kick off. BerryAFCA's Jacob Spaan got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Folker van Harten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Remco de Jong tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Sjoerd van Dam managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oldehaske VV's supporters rose to their feet, but Sjoerd van Dam was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Remco de Jong breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sjoerd van Dam blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Remco de Jong having to make a save. Chris Blanker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The BerryAFCA fans' excitement grew in the 64th match minute when BerryAFCA's Jacob Spaan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Christijan Bennink stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jacob Spaan's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. A collision led to BerryAFCA getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Andy van der Woude hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hans Akkerboom during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 77th minute, Hans Akkerboom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Christijan Bennink showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacob Spaan, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Rafael Kruiswijk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, BerryAFCA could leave the field as winners, despite Oldehaske VV having more of the ball for most of the match.
