Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Jouke Engelaar started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes into the match, Jouke Engelaar notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Brunnepe FC's Adriaan Drenth. Adriaan Drenth was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet as Brunnepe FC's Sjors Harmens slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jan-Willem Ruiter. That made the score 1-1 after 10 minutes of play. Adriaan Drenth came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Vinkenkade's Jouke Engelaar. But to his dismay, Jouke Engelaar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Adriaan Drenth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jouke Engelaar, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After 21 played minutes Vinkenkade got a freekick which was hit by Joost Jorna. In the 29th match minute, Vinkenkade was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geale Wesseling to maneuver through the defense. After 39 played minutes Erwin Popping rounded Vinkenkade's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-3. 42 minutes into the match, Vinkenkade's goal looked a bit too open when Erwin Popping came free, but Jan-Willem Ruiter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Brunnepe FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Vinkenkade were winning 2-3.

Vinkenkade's Vladimir Hermes was substituted for Jouke Engelaar. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erwin Popping made a kick off. Vladimir Hermes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adriaan Drenth read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. Bob Beuk succeeded in the game's 58th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-4. Jan-Willem Ruiter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erwin Popping in the 63rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Brunnepe FC's Stefan Spaan got a free kick in the 66th minute. Vladimir Hermes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sjors Harmens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th minute Sjors Harmens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Willem Ruiter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adriaan Drenth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bob Beuk, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vladimir Hermes got free with Adriaan Drenth in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Vinkenkade getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Niels Haar hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Brunnepe FC's Richard Dalman tried to score from far away in the 90th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Sjors Harmens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Vinkenkade players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
