If Arjen Vrieling had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Johannes van Putten kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Keunenhoek FC's Ricky Degeling broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Donny Been sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Johannes van Putten's late challenge caught a Keunenhoek FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Johannes van Putten helped the player get up and apologised. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Karsten Bartele managed to get in a good position for a shot. Keunenhoek FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Karsten Bartele was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wim Baars breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Joeri Meulman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Victor Deiman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Arjen Vrieling fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Keunenhoek FC's protests and gave Arjen Vrieling a yellow card for diving instead. If Joeri Meulman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 31 minutes, Ronald Kuiper mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Boekel and the Keunenhoek FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Wim Baars made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karsten Bartele in the 34th minute of play. Donny Been struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Victor Deiman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Boekel. Victor Deiman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joeri Meulman in the 46th minute. Victor Deiman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donny Been, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Arjen Vrieling sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ronald Kuiper kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Donny Been ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victor Deiman was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Joeri Meulman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donny Been in the 72nd minute of play forced Keunenhoek FC's goalkeeper Victor Deiman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute, one of Boekel:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Boekel. The referee felt a red card was in order, 83 minutes into the game, when Rudolf van der Woude put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 82nd minute of the game. One of Keunenhoek FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Boekel:s goal. In the 85th minute there was a penalty for Boekel. Johannes van Putten stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Victor Deiman. 2-2. Ronald Hosson hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Joeri Meulman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karsten Bartele succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-3 in the 99th playminute.
