Jan Hendrik Ploeger blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roland Boswijk having to make a save. Kenneth Geerds made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Stef de Hondt sent off a good shot on target. In the 39th minute of the match, Stef de Hondt got a very nice opportunity to score, but Kenneth Geerds was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 44th minute, Jan Hendrik Ploeger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andy Klein stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Waal Eendracht was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andy Klein to maneuver through the defense. Waal Eendracht's Kenneth Geerds played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stef de Hondt in the 54th minute of play. When Cocksdorp's Stef de Hondt in 65 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Kenneth Geerds guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Kenneth Geerds showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jasper Daniels in the 67th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the match, Waal Eendracht's goal looked a bit too open when Jasper Daniels came free, but Kenneth Geerds reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 89 minutes of play, Waal Eendracht's Andy Klein made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roland Boswijk was left in no man's land by his defense there! Andy Klein sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Waal Eendracht had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
