Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Dirk Adams got the match started through his kick off. 5 minutes into the match, Wilhelmsoord's goal looked a bit too open when Domenik Schenkhuizen came free, but Koos Pool reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee ignored Baalder's protests and gave Melvin Scheer a yellow card for diving instead. Koos Pool showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven Baalman in the 29th minute of the match. Domenik Schenkhuizen might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Koos Pool. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Domenik Schenkhuizen ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Wilhelmsoord's Hette Kuypers got a free kick in the 34th minute. Sven Baalman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Wilhelmsoord's zone, Erwin Pool stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Koos Pool came out of the goal and Erwin Pool tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match was over Baalder could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Wilhelmsoord throughout the match.
