Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Edward Akkerman kicked off to start the match. Jurre Wieringh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Rekers, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. After 4 played minutes Edward Akkerman rounded Wissenkerke's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Lukas Sandbergen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jurre Wieringh having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Wissenkerke's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Akkerman came free, but Coos Janssens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ronald Stolte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Jurre Wieringh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Wissenkerke's goalkeeper Coos Janssens had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Johan de Visscher. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Johan de Visscher managed to get in a good position for a shot. Youth Academy PP's supporters rose to their feet, but Johan de Visscher was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Coos Janssens breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wissenkerke's Coos Janssens proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Wissenkerke from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronald Stolte in the 34th minute of play forced Youth Academy PP's goalkeeper Jurre Wieringh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute, Tomas Rekers left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Wissenkerke fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Klaas Jan Heide kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Ronald Stolte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Jurre Wieringh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Teun Hoogstrate fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Youth Academy PP's protests and gave Teun Hoogstrate a yellow card for diving instead. Teun Hoogstrate hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After the first half Wissenkerke were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ronald Stolte to strike the kick off in the second half. Youth Academy PP's Jurre Wieringh proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Youth Academy PP from getting a goal against them. In the 53rd minute, Ronald Stolte got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronald Stolte in the 56th minute of play forced Youth Academy PP's goalkeeper Jurre Wieringh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 62ndth minute of the game Ronald Stolte who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Youth Academy PP's Jurre Wieringh was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Youth Academy PP's Jurre Wieringh got control of the ball when Tomas Rekers tried to sneak it across the goal line. Youth Academy PP's Jurre Wieringh proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Youth Academy PP from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice moves Tomas Rekers could shoot a difficult shot in the 76th minute, which Jurre Wieringh however easily saved by the left post. In the 81st minute Ronald Stolte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jurre Wieringh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Youth Academy PP's Jurre Wieringh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronald Stolte in the 85th minute of play. When Ronald Stolte came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Wissenkerke fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ronald Stolte couldn't finish the play. In the 95th minute Ronald Stolte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jurre Wieringh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronald Stolte in the 97th minute of play forced Youth Academy PP's goalkeeper Jurre Wieringh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Wissenkerke supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Wissenkerke would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
