Reinhard Zeldenrust fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jordi Zijden having to interfere. Jordi Zijden breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sebastiaan Höhenstein kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Thijs Deiman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeffrey Staal having to interfere. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Thijs Deiman made a kick off. Holy Owls FC's Jeffrey Staal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Holy Owls FC from getting a goal against them. Ernst Nijemanting sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 71 played minutes Thijs Deiman rounded Holy Owls FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thijs Deiman in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jeffrey Staal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 92 minutes, Thijs Deiman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bruggenum S.V.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Thijs Deiman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Toni Diest kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Holy Owls FC's Jeffrey Staal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thijs Deiman in the 96th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Bruggenum S.V. eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
