Iwan Rooze started the match with the kick off. Ruben Crans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antoon van Dongen, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. If Roger Kiewit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iwan Rooze struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Kees Staal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for jordi land. Joost Bergen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. jordi land's Roger Kiewit got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. jordi land's Ruben Crans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antoon van Dongen in the 26th minute of play. After some careless play in the Real Brabant defense, Roger Kiewit kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kees Staal. The Real Brabant fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kees Staal should have stopped the shot. Kees Staal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roger Kiewit, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Niek Bont during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Real Brabant's Niek Bont got a free kick in the 36th minute. Iwan Rooze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute Roger Kiewit shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kees Staal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Real Brabant players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. jordi land were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Antoon van Dongen made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, jordi land's goal looked a bit too open when Antoon van Dongen came free, but Ruben Crans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antoon van Dongen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Ruben Crans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ruben Crans came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Real Brabant's Joost Bergen. But to his dismay, Joost Bergen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Ruben Crans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antoon van Dongen in the 62nd minute of play. Dennis Baalen kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Roger Kiewit got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Iwan Rooze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kees Staal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roger Kiewit in the 83rd minute. Iwan Rooze's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kees Staal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. jordi land's Iwan Rooze got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Iwan Rooze fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kees Staal having to interfere. Real Brabant succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though jordi land had controlled the match.
