A collision led to Trebeck VV getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Gert van der Bij hit a great ball. Stefano van Rijswijk kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Trebeck VV's Gert Jan Hartlief proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Trebeck VV from getting a goal against them. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Trebeck VV's goalkeeper Gert Jan Hartlief, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 18th minute, Dimitrie Wijker fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Gert Jan Hartlief, passed just outside the right post. Dimitrie Wijker's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 21stth minute, Gert Jan Hartlief skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After having played for 24 minutes, Daniel Ponk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trebeck VV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Ponk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rudolf Valk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tonny Zuid in the 32nd minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 34 minutes, Gert Jan Hartlief successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 35th minute, Dimitrie Wijker got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gert Jan Hartlief showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bennie Kiewiet in the 37th minute of the match. After having played for 47 minutes, Dimitrie Wijker managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Augsbuur Excelsior's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dimitrie Wijker was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bennie Kiewiet to make the kick off. Gert Jan Hartlief came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Augsbuur Excelsior's Dimitrie Wijker. But to his dismay, Dimitrie Wijker quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 62nd minute, Erik Vrede hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gert Jan Hartlief showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bennie Kiewiet in the 69th minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 74th minute of the game. One of Trebeck VV:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Augsbuur Excelsior:s goal. Daniel Ponk hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bennie Kiewiet in the 84th minute of play forced Trebeck VV's goalkeeper Gert Jan Hartlief to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Trebeck VV booed when Augsbuur Excelsior was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teun Tieman didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 91st minute of the match, Daniel Ponk got a very nice opportunity to score, but Rudolf Valk was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Dimitrie Wijker struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Gert Jan Hartlief didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Augsbuur Excelsior. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Augsbuur Excelsior fans cheered their team off the field, for while Trebeck VV had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
