If Stef Compaan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gert Jan Hartlief made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stef Compaan in the 10th minute of play. After 11 played minutes Trebeck VV got a freekick which was hit by Theo van Zeist. Stef Compaan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Daniel Ponk struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Pierre de Jong didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trebeck VV. In the 28th minute Stef Compaan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gert Jan Hartlief saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute, Heiko Hartogh got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 35 played minutes Wognum Eendracht got a freekick which was hit by Jordi Brinks. Pierre de Jong showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tonny Zuid, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. If Tonny Zuid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Wognum Eendracht booed when Trebeck VV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefano van Rijswijk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gert Jan Hartlief showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stef Compaan in the 43rd minute of the match. Heiko Hartogh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Gert Jan Hartlief tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 48 played minutes Wognum Eendracht got a freekick which was hit by Kristian Hooiveld. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Tonny Zuid made the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Trebeck VV got a freekick which was hit by Theo van Zeist. Gert Jan Hartlief took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven van der Werff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gert Jan Hartlief made an important save on a dangerous shot by Heiko Hartogh in the 58th minute. In the 65th minute, Tonny Zuid left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Trebeck VV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 68th minute, Tonny Spiering hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Stefano van Rijswijk fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Trebeck VV's protests and gave Stefano van Rijswijk a yellow card for diving instead. Stefano van Rijswijk kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Heiko Hartogh made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 78thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Gert Jan Hartlief would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Trebeck VV's goalie and right to Ruben Heck. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Trebeck VV's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Stef Compaan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Gert Jan Hartlief tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Daniel Ponk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Wognum Eendracht getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Sven van der Werff hit a great ball. Trebeck VV's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
