Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Frans Scheerhoorn made the kick off which started today's match. If Dennis Veentjer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robert de Ruijter stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rien Trip's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. Robert de Ruijter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dennis Veentjer in the 16th minute of the match. Robert de Ruijter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rien Trip, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute Rien Trip shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert de Ruijter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robert de Ruijter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dennis Veentjer in the 27th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Rien Trip took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Robert de Ruijter to make any attempt to save it. Fc Genemuiden's Rien Trip was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 36th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Erben Greef's late challenge caught a Fc Genemuiden's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erben Greef helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Lauradorp HC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Erben Greef hit a great ball. Gerwin Post recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Rien Trip made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Dennis Veentjer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert de Ruijter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Lauradorp HC's zone, Dennis Veentjer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robert de Ruijter came out of the goal and Dennis Veentjer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 70 minutes into the match, Dennis Veentjer notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Lauradorp HC's Robert de Ruijter. Robert de Ruijter was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Dennis Veentjer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joep Batenburg during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Lauradorp HC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Joep Batenburg hit a great ball. Rien Trip received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Robert de Ruijter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Dennis Veentjer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robert de Ruijter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rien Trip in the 92nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Lauradorp HC's Mart Rensenbrink got a free kick in the 96th minute. Fc Genemuiden's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
