Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Reinier Rooze got the match started through his kick off. Emil Koops showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reinier Rooze in the 3rd minute of the match. 5 minutes into the match, Flieren SC's goalkeeper Emil Koops had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucien Lubbers. After a rather tough play, Tonnelkreek's Herman Lambers got a free kick in the 8th minute. Ton Rueda took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jelmer Ensing. Jelmer Ensing dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Flieren SC's zone, Lucien Lubbers stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emil Koops came out of the goal and Lucien Lubbers tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tonnelkreek's Reinier Rooze got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 15 minutes into the game, Arjen van der Gun was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Flieren SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tonnelkreek the free kick. After a rather tough play, Flieren SC's Arjen van der Gun got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 16th minute of the match Herman Lambers shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emil Koops showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Flieren SC's goalkeeper Emil Koops, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tonnelkreek's Marcel Wolf suffered a sore thigh after 21 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Stef de Boer fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Flieren SC's protests and gave Stef de Boer a yellow card for diving instead. In the 21st match minute, Flieren SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stef de Boer to maneuver through the defense. Jelmer Ensing made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hubert Boelens in the 28th minute of play. Hubert Boelens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jelmer Ensing having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Reinier Rooze hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Flieren SC's Hubert Boelens got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Tonnelkreek booed when Flieren SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roel Knops didn't get a good kick on the ball. 37 minutes in the game Herman Lambers after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Emil Koops. A very good opportunity. 41 minutes into the game, Flieren SC's Ton Rueda nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jelmer Ensing made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hubert Boelens in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jelmer Ensing saved Tonnelkreek from getting behind. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Jelmer Ensing made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Hubert Boelens sent off a good shot on target. Hubert Boelens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Jelmer Ensing tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucien Lubbers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sebastiaan Rolink fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Koops having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Reinier Rooze hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lucien Lubbers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67th minute, Sebastiaan Rolink hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jelmer Ensing made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hubert Boelens in the 68th minute. Reinier Rooze charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Reinier Rooze the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 72 played minutes Tonnelkreek got a freekick which was hit by Reinier Rooze. Flieren SC's Arjen van der Gun couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Tonnelkreek. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tonnelkreek's goalkeeper Jelmer Ensing, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Tonnelkreek's Sebastiaan Rolink got a free kick in the 76th minute. Tonnelkreek's Reinier Rooze got his second yellow card of the match in the 82nd minute. The referee ordered Reinier Rooze off the ground. 87 minutes in the game, Ton Rueda fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Jelmer Ensing having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ton Rueda in the 95th minute of play forced Tonnelkreek's goalkeeper Jelmer Ensing to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
