Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Anthony Kikkert took the kick off in the first half of the match. Tommie Hof received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Harm Pierewaaijer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, GeenStijl FC's Ferry Wilmink got a free kick in the 6th minute. Anthony Kikkert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harm Pierewaaijer having to interfere. Anthony Kikkert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Harm Pierewaaijer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Arne van der Bij had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute, Arne van der Bij fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Teo Bessing, passed just outside the right post. Harm Pierewaaijer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anthony Kikkert in the 24th minute of play. If Dries Senden had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 31 minutes into the game, Arne van der Bij was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Housden S.V.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GeenStijl FC the free kick. After 31 played minutes Housden S.V. got a freekick which was hit by Arne van der Bij. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arne van der Bij got free with Teo Bessing in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rudolf Blind blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Teo Bessing having to make a save. Teo Bessing made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Arne van der Bij sent off a good shot on target. Anthony Kikkert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dries Senden made a kick off. The supporters of Housden S.V. booed when GeenStijl FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Twan van Zwam didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anthony Kikkert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harm Pierewaaijer having to interfere. Harm Pierewaaijer made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Tommie Hof sent off a good shot on target. After 58 played minutes Housden S.V. got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Hohenstein. Tommie Hof sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 64 minutes into the match, GeenStijl FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dries Senden came free, but Teo Bessing reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anthony Kikkert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harm Pierewaaijer having to interfere. Harm Pierewaaijer made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Tommie Hof sent off a good shot on target. In the 76th minute Anthony Kikkert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harm Pierewaaijer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dirk Dekker during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, GeenStijl FC's Dirk Dekker got a free kick in the 79th minute. GeenStijl FC's Teo Bessing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arne van der Bij in the 84th minute of play. In the 87th match minute, GeenStijl FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferry Wilmink to maneuver through the defense. Arne van der Bij sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 90 minutes, Berend Wegman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GeenStijl FC and the Housden S.V. players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to GeenStijl FC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Berend Wegman hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Tommie Hof managed to get in a good position for a shot. GeenStijl FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tommie Hof was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Harm Pierewaaijer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tommie Hof fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harm Pierewaaijer having to interfere.
