When Alfred Oosting came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Doorn HC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfred Oosting couldn't finish the play. Ronald Fokkens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Niels-Jan Kuypers hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Maurice van Bronckhorst's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Meindert Pruischer was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Meindert Pruischer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maurice van Bronckhorst's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. In the 36th minute, Doorn HC's Alfred Oosting dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Silvermoon City's goalkeeper Joop Veninga, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alfred Oosting received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Joop Veninga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jelle Velez kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. Maikel Ostermann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 49th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alfred Oosting to make the kick off. Ronald Fokkens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Meindert Pruischer having to interfere. Joop Veninga came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Doorn HC's Maikel Ostermann. But to his dismay, Maikel Ostermann quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Silvermoon City's Joop Veninga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfred Oosting in the 63rd minute of play. In the 72nd minute Alfred Oosting shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joop Veninga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maikel Ostermann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joop Veninga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maikel Ostermann in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 83rd minute, Jelle Velez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 87th minute, Alfred Oosting made a precise shot to the right of Joop Veninga. Silvermoon City's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Joop Veninga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfred Oosting, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th minute, Jelle Velez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ronald Fokkens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the Silvermoon City players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Doorn HC.
