Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Wilfred Kuis made the kick off and thus started the match. 10 minutes into the match, Vinkenbuurt's goal looked a bit too open when Rolf Schenning came free, but Steven Groten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Sjors Hoeksma came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Vinkenbuurt fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sjors Hoeksma couldn't finish the play. After 17 played minutes Rhenoij got a freekick which was hit by Tonnie Ieberts. Vinkenbuurt's Jan Klaassen couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 18th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Rhenoij. Steven Groten was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tim Schuurman showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 22 minute of play. In the 30th minute Sjors Hoeksma shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niels-Jan Boersma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Rolf Schenning came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Rhenoij fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rolf Schenning couldn't finish the play. 32 minutes into the game, Reinhard Bergen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vinkenbuurt's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rhenoij the free kick. The supporters of Rhenoij booed when Vinkenbuurt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reinhard Bergen didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Vinkenbuurt's Steven Groten got control of the ball when Tim Schuurman tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Sjors Hoeksma's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Niels-Jan Boersma was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. A collision led to Vinkenbuurt getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Jan Klaassen hit a great ball. Steven Groten made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Tim Schuurman sent off a good shot on target. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rolf Schenning stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sjors Hoeksma received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Niels-Jan Boersma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Niels-Jan Boersma made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wilfred Kuis in the 56th minute. Vinkenbuurt's Reinhard Bergen got his second yellow card of the match in the 63rd minute. The referee ordered Reinhard Bergen off the ground. Reinhard Bergen kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Steven Groten stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rolf Schenning's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rolf Schenning in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Steven Groten saved Vinkenbuurt from getting behind. If Sjors Hoeksma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 80 minutes into the match, Vinkenbuurt's goal looked a bit too open when Tim Schuurman came free, but Steven Groten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 81 minutes into the game, Jurre Tanis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vinkenbuurt's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rhenoij the free kick. The supporters of Rhenoij booed when Vinkenbuurt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jurre Tanis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Steven Groten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tim Schuurman, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Rolf Schenning fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steven Groten having to interfere. Tonny Dilling recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rolf Schenning fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steven Groten having to interfere. After 90 played minutes Vinkenbuurt got a freekick which was hit by Jurre Tanis. Steven Groten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolf Schenning, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 92 minutes into the game, Sander Snoeks was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vinkenbuurt's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rhenoij the free kick. In the 92nd minute, Sander Snoeks hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tim Schuurman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Steven Groten having to make a save. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
